All products available on Alkenox™ (alkenox.com) are digital in nature. This includes downloadable audio files, metadata inserts, and symbolic license documentation. There is no physical shipping. All sales are final.

Purchases include the following rights:

• Personal License: Non-commercial use only. Includes private listening, journaling, ambient use, and non-public creative integration. Lifetime access.
• Commercial License (Per Project): Use in a single brand, client, event, video, or installation. One-time fee. Lifetime rights for that project.
• Commercial License (Unlimited): Use across multiple commercial projects or client applications. Lifetime rights.
• Exclusive License: Grants sole commercial use. Work is removed from the Archive and sealed for the licensee only.
• Custom Soundworks: Commissioned digital audio compositions. Delivered under work-for-hire agreements with negotiated terms and optional license token.

All commercial licenses are issued with digital certificates. Where applicable, license details may be issued via signed metadata or on-chain token.

All audio works issued by Alkenox™ are the intellectual property of The Cold Vault, LLC unless otherwise noted. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the original composition—only the usage rights defined in the purchase tier.

Payments are processed via Stripe, including supported stablecoin options where available. Crypto-based payment paths may be offered upon request. All files are delivered digitally via secure download link.
Custom soundworks follow agreed-upon delivery timelines. All purchases are non-refundable once files are issued.

Buyers may not:

• Resell or redistribute any audio work without explicit written permission
• Modify and reissue audio works under a different name or label
• Use in association with hate speech, disinformation, or unethical campaigns
• Claim authorship or original ownership of Alkenox™ content
